One injured in shooting near San Jose State University SAN JOSE – A person was injured in a shooting over the weekend near San Jose State University, authorities said.The shooting was reported around 12:15 a.m. Saturday across the street from The Grad, a student housing development at 88 East San Carlos St, said San Jose police Sgt. The fiery Golden State Warriors forward was ejected from Game 2 of the Warriors' series against the Sacramento Kings after stomping on Kings All-Star center Domantas Sabonis with 7:03 left to play. After falling to the ground while going for a rebound, Sabonis grabbed Green's leg. Brewers ace Corbin Burnes leaves game with pectoral strain SEATTLE (AP) — Milwaukee Brewers ace Corbin Burnes left Monday night’s game against the Seattle Mariners in the sixth inning with a left pectoral strain. Brewers manager Craig Counsell said he thinks it’s a minor injury and he isn’t ruling out Burnes for his next scheduled start yet.Burnes had just recorded the first out of the inning when Julio Rodriguez hit a long fly ball to center field that was caught by Owen Mitchell.
